Role Description

AevumX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate – U.S. IT Staffing to join our growing recruitment team in Hyderabad.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in U.S. IT staffing and C2C recruitment .

The role will focus on sourcing and engaging IT consultants, understanding technical requirements, building candidate networks, coordinating submissions, and supporting the recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based opportunities.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and engage qualified IT consultants for U.S. staffing requirements, primarily C2C opportunities
- Identify candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, ATS databases, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels
- Screen profiles based on technical requirements, experience, location, availability, and other relevant criteria




- Communicate professionally with candidates regarding opportunities, rates, availability, interviews, and submissions
- Build and maintain an active network of IT consultants
- Develop knowledge of Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Software Development, Salesforce, Cybersecurity, and related technologies
- Maintain accurate candidate information, submissions, follow-ups, and recruitment activities within the ATS
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely candidate follow-ups
- Work closely with Recruitment, Delivery, and Operations teams on daily requirements and priorities
- Work toward assigned sourcing, submission, and recruitment performance goals

Qualifications

- Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Robust interpersonal and candidate-engagement skills
- Genuine interest in U.S. IT recruitment and C2C staffing
- Ability to communicate confidently with IT professionals
- Basic understanding of technology or willingness to learn technical concepts quickly
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS platforms, or recruitment tools is an advantage
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Madhapur during the U.S.-aligned night shift
