- Probe to understand key requirements and develops sourcing strategies to ensure strong candidate flow.
- Drives sourcing agenda by leveraging Employee referral, social media platforms; increase our presence on social media.
- Partner with hiring manager to identify key roles and responsibilities of the interview team.
- Ensures hiring manager and interview team are prepared for the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally.
- Consults and offers guidance to hiring managers on the Hiring Process to ensure an efficient, accurate and high touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experience.
- Partners with TA Head on role grading, internal talent, shortlist candidates, and other significant TA imperatives.
- Negotiates offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary.
- Manages candidate experience and acts as a candidate advocate.
- Provides regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progress.
- Will handle international hiring.
