Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Foundit, and other job portals
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Manage multiple IT requirements simultaneously




- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders for hiring updates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
- Ensure quality hiring within defined timelines

Required Skills
- Strong experience in IT Recruitment
- Expertise in sourcing through various job portals and social platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of technical skills and IT roles
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills

- Experience working with Cyber Recruiter
