Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced TA Head to lead the Talent Acquisition function for the FMCG Food Division and drive strategic hiring across multiple functions and locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, sales, manufacturing, supply chain and other functions.
- Handle senior, critical and leadership hiring mandates.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future manpower requirements.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs for workforce planning and hiring requirements.
- Drive manpower planning, recruitment budgets and hiring forecasts.
- Strengthen sourcing through referrals, job portals, agencies, social media and other channels.
- Manage external recruitment consultants and search partners.
- Monitor and improve Time-to-Hire, Quality-of-Hire and Cost-of-Hire.
- Develop recruitment dashboards, MIS and hiring performance reports.
- Drive employer branding and improve candidate experience.
- Lead, mentor and develop the Talent Acquisition team.




- Implement recruitment technology, automation and process improvements.

Candidate Profile
- 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in FMCG / Food / Consumer industry preferred.
- Strong experience in both volume hiring and senior-level hiring.
- Proven experience managing and leading a TA team.
- Solid stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Data-driven approach with strong understanding of recruitment metrics.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top FMCG food industry professionals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors' strategies, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Analyze metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to optimize the recruitment process.
