The Team Lead – Pre Admission is responsible for leading a team of Career Specialists to achieve student enrolment and revenue targets for online and offline learning programs. The role focuses on driving team performance, ensuring effective lead management, improving conversion rates, mentoring team members, and delivering an exceptional experience to prospective students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Career Specialists to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings to drive team performance.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs and implement action plans to improve productivity and conversion rates.
- Drive student enrollments through inbound and outbound counseling for online and offline learning programs.
- Ensure the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion activities to maximize enrollment opportunities.
- Personally manage high-priority or critical leads when required.




- Ensure accurate CRM updates, lead database management, and maintenance of MIS reports.
- Monitor call quality, sales performance, and lead conversion metrics.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend process improvements to enhance team effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular performance, productivity, and sales reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, sales processes, and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Education Sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing a sales or presales team.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, or IT Services will be an added advantage.
- Solid experience in tele sales, lead management, and student counseling.

- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
