? What can I expect from this role?

Posha is one of the rare robotics startups building production-grade consumer robots, with hundreds of units deployed in real homes.

This role involves working on defining system level requirements across different functions of mechanical, electrical, firmware and software.

? What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha?

- Convert business, customer & product needs into explicit, measurable engineering requirements and specifications.
- Work with design teams to translate system requirements into subsystem-level specifications & resolve gaps or trade-offs.
- Work with the validation team to define acceptance criteria and confirm that the final design meets all requirements.





? What makes you a match for us?

- 3+ years hands-on experience turning product needs into measurable requirements for electromechanical products and allocating them across subsystems.
- Proven ability to resolve cross-subsystem trade-offs and verify that the finished product meets its requirements.
