Role Description The System Integration Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. This role is responsible for assessing client business processes and technical environments, designing integration architectures, and implementing secure, scalable connections between cybersecurity platforms, enterprise applications, and infrastructure components. The consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, map data flows, configure interfaces, and validate end-to-end system performance.

Day-to-day activities include conducting technical and functional analyses, preparing integration and migration plans,



coordinating implementation timelines, and supporting testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer. The consultant also provides ongoing advisory support to clients, helping them optimize integrated solutions for resilience, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical skills to evaluate complex systems, data flows, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Consulting experience, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution recommendation.
- Hands-on integration skills across applications, platforms, and infrastructure, with familiarity in APIs, middleware, and data mapping.
- Project management capabilities to plan, coordinate, and track integration initiatives, including timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Business process understanding to align technical solutions with organizational workflows and compliance needs.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, standards, and best practices (e.g., network security, identity and access management, incident response) is highly beneficial.
- Experience working with enterprise systems (such as ERP, CRM, SIEM, SOAR, or cloud platforms) and integration tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in integration, cybersecurity, or project management are a plus.
- Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and with external partners.
