Job Title: Car Garage CRM / System Operator

We are looking for a CRM / System Operator to manage daily garage operations through our Car Service CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Update customer and vehicle details in the CRM
- Update vehicle service status and job progress regularly
- Maintain and update Job Card details
- Manage spare parts and inventory records
- Update stock received, issued, and used during services
- Maintain employee attendance and daily work records
- Update service completion, vehicle delivery, and payment status
- Maintain accurate customer and service history
- Generate and check basic CRM reports
- Coordinate with the garage/service team to ensure timely system updates
- Ensure all information entered into the CRM is accurate and up to date

Requirements:





- Basic computer and system knowledge
- Good data entry skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to learn and operate CRM/ERP software
- Basic understanding of car service/garage operations is preferred
- Valuable communication and attention to detail
- Previous CRM/ERP experience is an advantage

Experience: 0–2 years Freshers with basic computer knowledge can also apply.

Role: Full-time | CRM / System Operator

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per day
