1. Mission Overview As Client continues to evolve its office spaces and employee‑centric technologies, you will be part of a transformative journey—helping enable greater flexibility, enhanced collaboration, and stronger connections for a global workforce of over 18,000 employees across more than 180+ countries.
As a System Engineer within Workplace Foundation Services, you will be responsible for designing, building, integrating, and operating digital workplace solutions. Your primary focus will be on Sensor Management and Reporting capabilities, enabling global office analytics that support improved space utilization and an enhanced employee experience across Client sites worldwide. Strong operational skills, including run, monitoring, and incident management, are essential for this role.
In addition, you will be expected to develop automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, and deliver actionable insights and reports through Power BI, enabling scalable self‑service experiences, robust reporting, and end‑to‑end automation. Hands-on AI/ML experience is an added advantage.
2. Key Deliverables
- Power BI–based reporting and analytics capabilities
- Automation solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate etc.
- Strong operational expertise, including devices monitoring and lifecycle management
- Preparation of detailed Low‑Level Designs (LLDs)
- Operational readiness planning and execution
- Cloud risk assessments and compliance evaluations
- Data Transfer Impact and Risk Assessments
- Metadata preparation and standardization
- Validation and tracking of defined success criteria
- Deployment planning in collaboration with the Project Manager
Responsibilities &
• Accountabilities
- Design, integrate, deploy, operate, and continuously improve workplace solutions aligned with the Office Strategy.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps–based applications and forms to support employee self‑service and operational workflows .
- Build automations using Power Automate, including approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and system orchestration.
- Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports covering office analytics, adoption, usage, KPIs, and sentiment.
- Integrate solutions with enterprise identity and security controls (e.g., Azure AD, SSO, MFA) and define roles and access models.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical and operational documentation (HLD/LLD, integration approaches, runbooks, deployment and onboarding/offboarding guides, security and privacy considerations).
- Work with vendors and internal teams to validate solutions, run PoCs where required, and ensure production readiness.
- Act as an L3 support contributor, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents and service degradations.
- Leverage AI/ML capabilities (where relevant) to enhance automation, insights, and user experience.

- Workplace Solutions: Design, integration, deployment, and operation of cloud/SaaS workplace platforms aligned with enterprise workplace strategy.

• Analytics: Design and delivery of dashboards and KPIs covering adoption, usage, sentiment, and operational performance
- Power Platform Expertise: Robust hands‑on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for application development, automation, and analytics
- Solution Design &
• Delivery:
Ability to translate business requirements into production‑ready solutions, including HLD/LLD, integration design, and deployment planning
- Service Operations &
• L3 Support: End‑to‑end ownership of service operations: monitoring, performance and capacity management, incident and problem management, and escalation handling
- Security, Identity &
• Compliance: Integration with enterprise identity and access management (Azure AD, SSO, MFA), role design, and adherence to security and privacy standards
- Vendor &
• Stakeholder Management: Collaboration with vendors and internal teams for PoCs, solution validation, production readiness, and incident resolution

• Knowledge Management: Creation and maintenance of technical and operational documentation: runbooks, deployment guides, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and operational manuals

1. Education &
• Experience
- University degree in Computer Science / Engineering (or equivalent).
- 4+ years of overall experience in workplace/enterprise IT engineering and service delivery.
