Responsibilities

- Lead system-level validation and integration activities across EVT, DVT, PVT, and NPI phases, ensuring products meet functional, performance, reliability, and quality requirements.
- Develop validation strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution methodologies for hardware and embedded firmware-based products.
- Perform functional, integration, reliability, and system verification testing to validate product readiness for manufacturing and customer deployment.
- Drive root cause analysis and resolution of hardware, firmware, and system integration issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Define and execute Design Verification, Failure Analysis, DFT validation, and production readiness assessments.
- Establish and monitor quality metrics, yield analysis, defect trends, Cp/Cpk measurements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support End-of-Line (EOL) test strategy validation, troubleshooting processes, and manufacturing test readiness activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and quality teams to ensure successful product industrialization and launch.
- Manage test documentation, defect tracking, validation reports, compliance records, and quality performance dashboards.
- Provide technical leadership during customer reviews, audits, supplier interactions, and cross-functional program discussions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Solid knowledge of electronics hardware, embedded firmware systems, and hardware-software integration validation.
- Expertise in product validation methodologies across EVT, DVT, PVT, and NPI lifecycle stages.
- Proficiency in functional testing, integration testing, reliability testing, and system-level verification of electronic products.
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers,



spectrum analyzers, debuggers, and environmental test equipment.
- Strong understanding of DFT principles, failure analysis techniques, and hardware troubleshooting methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements, including ISO 9001, IPC-A-610, safety regulations, and EMI/EMC standards.
- Experience with test automation tools, scripting, defect tracking systems, test management platforms, and data analysis tools.
- Working knowledge of PCB design interpretation, schematic analysis, debug tools, and manufacturing test processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Desired Experience Level

- 5-10 years of experience in System Integration, Product Validation, Quality Assurance, Test Engineering, or Electronics Product Development.
- Proven experience validating integrated hardware and embedded firmware products in consumer electronics, industrial electronics, automotive, telecommunications, or similar industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing system integration test plans, validation strategies, and end-to-end test execution frameworks.
- Experience supporting NPI programs and transitioning products from development to manufacturing.
- Strong track record in root cause analysis, failure investigation, yield improvement, and production quality enhancement.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
- Exposure to establishing EOL testing, production validation processes, and manufacturing quality controls.
- Experience preparing validation reports, defect summaries, quality dashboards, and executive-level technical reviews.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 15-20% for customer meetings, supplier visits, audits, and program reviews.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and drive successful product release outcomes.
