Role & responsibilities

- User Support & Helpdesk

Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Troubleshoot basic issues related to OS, applications, and user access.

- Infrastructure management both Cloud and Onprem

Administer and maintain Windows/Linux/Mac servers and client Machines

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory, Azure Entra, and related IAM tools.

Deploy, configure, and manage cloud resources (Azure/AWS)

- System Maintenance & Operations

Perform scheduled maintenance, updates, and patch management.

Manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery operations.

Handle configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of hardware, OS, and enterprise applications.

- Security & Compliance

Monitor logs, alerts, and security events; coordinate with security teams on threat response.

- IT Service Management (ITSM)

Respond to and resolve L1/L2 support tickets according to SLA timelines.
