Platform Administrator

We are looking for a

Platform Administrator to manage SaaS platform configurations, user access, workflows, and customer requests. The role involves working closely with customers, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Facility teams to ensure smooth platform operations and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage platform configurations, users, permissions, dashboards, and workflows.

- Handle customer administration and enhancement requests.

- Support modules such as Asset Management, Inventory, Projects, Preventive Maintenance, Invoicing, and Issue Management.

- Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and coordinate with internal teams.

- Maintain configuration records and communicate platform updates to customers.





- Ensure timely resolution of requests and adherence to SLAs.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in SaaS administration, customer support, or system administration.

- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Experience working with customer-facing technology and cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of workflow automation or facilities management is a plus.

- Zendesk/SaaS platform experience is preferred.
