Role Description The System Administrator is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing and maintaining servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure operations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, applying updates and patches, handling user account management, and performing regular backups and recovery procedures.

The System

Administrator will also respond to incidents, provide technical support to internal teams, and collaborate with other IT professionals to improve system reliability and efficiency.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in System Administration and Information Technology to manage and optimize IT environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose issues and resolve user and system problems effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration to configure, monitor, and secure network infrastructure.
- Relevant experience with operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows), virtualization, and cloud platforms is beneficial.
- Knowledge of security best practices, backup and recovery, and IT documentation is preferred.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are important.
