Role: System Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on System Administrator to manage and support our organization's internal IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day IT operations, maintain office systems, provide technical support to employees,

and safeguard the company's IT assets and security.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and maintain employee laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices.

● Handle onboarding and offboarding activities, including device allocation, user account creation, and access management.

● Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

● Manage user accounts,



permissions, and authentication across Google

Workspace/Microsoft 365, Slack, VPN, and other internal tools.

● Maintain office network infrastructure, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, firewalls, and internet connectivity.

● Perform regular software updates, patch management, and system maintenance.

● Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, email, VPN, and printer-related issues.

● Maintain IT asset inventory, procurement records, and software license compliance.

● Support conference room AV equipment, meeting setups, and office IT infrastructure.

● Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices.

● Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, warranty,

and internet services.

● Document IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures

(SOPs).

Desired Profile

● 5–7 years of experience as a System Administrator, IT Administrator, or Internal IT

Support Engineer.

● Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux administration.

● Experience managing Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.

● Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs,

VPNs, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.

● Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions.

● Robust troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.

● Knowledge of IT security best practices and endpoint protection.

● Excellent communication and user support skills.
