- Handle incoming customer calls regarding HVAC and home appliance service requests.
- Schedule and route service technicians efficiently.
- Maintain customer database, update service status, and manage AMC renewals.
- Perform basic billing tasks and follow up with customers for feedback.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil (Basic English is an advantage).
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel and data entry.
- Polite, organized, and capable of handling customer queries smoothly.
- Minimum Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma.
Pay: Up to ₹8,000.00 per month
