Experience

- 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator / IT Infrastructure Administrator.
- Experience in managing Windows, macOS and Ubuntu/Linux environments.
- Experience in server configuration, system administration, networking and infrastructure support.
- Candidates with experience in FinTech, Banking, Payments or BFSI domain will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

Mandatory

- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech / B.E. – Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics &

Communication, or
- BCA / MCA, or equivalent degree in Computer/IT-related field.

Preferred:
- CCNA, RHCSA, Microsoft, AWS/Azure or equivalent infrastructure certification.

- Strong hands-on experience with:

Windows 10/11 & Windows Server

Ubuntu/Linux macOS

- OS installation, configuration, troubleshooting, patching and user management.
- System performance monitoring and issue resolution.

2. Server Administration
- Server installation and configuration.
- Windows Server and Linux server administration.
- User, group and permission management.
- File and storage management.
- Server monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Backup and restore management.
- Patch and update management.
- Basic understanding of Virtual Machines / VMware / Hyper-V.

- FinTech Infrastructure Knowledge

Candidate should understand infrastructure requirements commonly used in FinTech/Payment environments,

including:

- Application Server configuration
- Database Server connectivity
- Secure server-to-server communication
- Firewall and network security
- SSL/TLS certificates
- Secure file transfer (SFTP)
- IP Whitelisting
- VPN configuration
- Production/Staging/UAT environment separation
- Backup and Disaster Recovery basics
- Server access control and least-privilege principles
- Monitoring and alerting

5. Security & Access Management
- User and access management.
- Server permissions.
- SSH/RDP access management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows, macOS and Ubuntu/Linux systems.
- Configure and maintain servers and infrastructure.
- Monitor server health, performance and availability.
- Manage user accounts, permissions and system access.
- Configure network devices, firewalls, VPN and internal connectivity.
- Troubleshoot OS, server, network and application connectivity issues.
- Manage system updates, security patches and antivirus/endpoint security.
- Manage SSL certificates and secure communication.
- Maintain backup and restore procedures.
- Support development, QA and production environments.
- Coordinate with Developers, DevOps, Security and System Architecture teams.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and asset records.
- Support incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
- Ensure infrastructure follows company security and operational policies.

Preferred FinTech Experience Candidate having experience with the following will be preferred:
