- Maintain PMS, POS, and all hotel software

- Monitor internet, network, and server performance

- Provide IT support to staff

- Ensure data backup and security

- Coordinate with IT vendors

- Daily Tasks

- Check PMS, server, internet, and systems

- Weekly Tasks

- Update antivirus and scan systems

- Check network performance

- Verify backup data

- Monthly Tasks

- Update software and systems

- Review user access

- Maintain IT equipment

- IT Security

- Maintain secure Wi-Fi (Guest & Staff separate)

- Prevent unauthorized access

- Ensure CCTV systems are working

- Emergency Handling

- Identify issue quickly

- Inform management

- Restore system or switch to manual operation

- Records

- Maintain IT asset register

- Keep complaint log

- Track backups and AMC

- Attend and resolve IT complaints

- Take daily data backup
