? About the Opportunity

Kasplo is looking for a motivated Infrastructure & Technical Support Intern who is keen to develop practical experience in System Administration, Networking, Email Infrastructure, and Technical Support.

As part of this internship, you’ll get hands-on exposure to internal IT systems, infrastructure, email operations, and technical support. Based on your performance throughout the internship, you may have an prospect to continue with Kasplo in a full-time role.

?️ Key Responsibilities

Set up and troubleshoot employee laptops, software, and system-related issues

Assist with office internet, Wi-Fi, and networking support

Manage IT assets, software access, and basic system configurations

Work with DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, and email infrastructure

Monitor email delivery systems, logs, queues, errors, and bounces

Assist with server and MTA monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting

Resolve technical support requests related to SMTP, APIs, and email delivery

Analyse infrastructure-related data and identify root causes

Maintain accurate system and infrastructure documentation

Coordinate with internal teams and IT vendors whenever required

? Who Can Apply?

Graduated students in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field





Basic understanding of Linux and computer networking

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Good written and verbal communication skills

Genuine interest in servers, cloud infrastructure, and email technology

Familiarity with basic Linux/command-line operations

Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work with real production systems

⭐ Additional Skills That Will Be an Advantage

Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms

Basic knowledge of Shell or Python scripting

Understanding of APIs and webhooks

Familiarity with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC

Exposure to Linux servers, monitoring, or ticketing tools
