Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator – L2/L3 IT Support to manage, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and systems across client environments.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, system monitoring, endpoint management, remote administration, and IT infrastructure troubleshooting.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining system availability, resolving L2/L3 infrastructure issues, monitoring critical systems, managing user access, performing troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and ensuring IT systems operate reliably in accordance with defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Windows-based systems, servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure across multiple client environments.
- Provide L2/L3 system administration and infrastructure support for hardware, software, operating systems, servers, and network-related issues.
- Monitor the health, availability, performance, and capacity of servers, workstations, network devices, and critical IT systems.
- Perform Windows Server administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory including user accounts, groups, permissions, password policies, and access control.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, user accounts, licenses, mailboxes, and access-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating system issues, application problems, system performance issues, and endpoint-related incidents.
- Monitor CPU utilization, memory usage, disk space, system uptime, services, event logs, and system alerts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, gateways, and ISP-related issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
- Use RMM, monitoring, remote-access, and diagnostic tools to monitor and administer client infrastructure remotely.
- Handle and resolve L2/L3 tickets within defined SLAs and operational procedures.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring infrastructure and system issues.
- Monitor system alerts and proactively identify potential failures, performance issues, and service interruptions.
- Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, hardware/software providers, and internal technical teams for escalated infrastructure issues.
- Perform system updates, software installations, configuration changes, and basic patch-management activities as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, incidents, troubleshooting procedures, and resolutions.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, asset information, network details, and administrative records.
- Support backup monitoring, system availability checks, and basic disaster-recovery procedures where applicable.
- Ensure appropriate security practices are followed for user access, system administration, and endpoint management.
- Manage multiple client environments and infrastructure-related tasks simultaneously.
- Communicate professionally with international clients and technical teams through calls, email, and remote-support channels.
- Escalate complex infrastructure, security, or network issues to the appropriate technical team when required.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents while maintaining system stability, availability, and security.

Experience with monitoring/RMM platforms such as PRTG, LogicMonitor, Kaseya, ConnectWise, Datto, NinjaOne, or similar tools will be an advantage.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication,
or a related technical discipline preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in System Administration, IT Infrastructure, Windows Administration, Network Support, Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and Windows Server environments.
- Practical knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve L2/L3 infrastructure and system-related issues.
- Good understanding of system monitoring and IT infrastructure management.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with international clients and technical teams over voice calls, email, and remote-support platforms.
- Ability to explain technical issues and resolutions clearly to technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a technical team.
- Strong ownership of assigned incidents and infrastructure tasks through resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple systems, tickets, and client environments simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts where required for international operations.
