Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, networks, systems, end-user support, and security operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling IT issues and ensuring reliable day-to-day technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, servers, network devices, and other IT infrastructure.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, access permissions, password policies, and email accounts.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
- Monitor system performance, network availability, antivirus status, backups, and security updates.
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, warranties, AMC contracts, and inventory records.
- Implement system updates, security patches, endpoint protection, and basic cybersecurity controls.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including system provisioning, access management, and asset allocation/recovery.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT purchases, repairs, maintenance, and infrastructure support.
- Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, access-control systems, and other office technology.
- Maintain IT documentation, incident records, network details, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify recurring technical issues and implement preventive measures to improve IT reliability.




- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security procedures.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience with endpoint security, antivirus, system patching, and access management.
- Good understanding of IT security and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Familiarity with backup, monitoring, and IT asset-management processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT Administration, System Administration, IT Infrastructure, or Desktop Support.
- Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, CCNA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple IT requirements and prioritize critical issues.
- Good documentation and vendor-management skills.
- Strong communication and employee-support orientation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
