Youve moved past the "learning phase," shipped real-world features, and have a solid track record of solving production-level puzzles. You know what a memory leak feels like in Instruments, how to debate MVVM vs TCA without religion, and why some animations just feel right. We want you owning entire features, and helping us raise the bar on quality.

What youll do

- Own iOS features end-to-end, architecture, implementation, testing, release

- Lead technical decisions: state management, navigation patterns, modularisation

- Mentor the junior engineer and review pull requests with care

- Push the team forward on AI-assisted workflows, show others how to ship 2 faster without dropping quality

- Optimise for performance: cold-start time, scroll smoothness, memory, battery

- Set up CI/CD, TestFlight pipelines, and crash monitoring

What were looking for

- 2+ years of production iOS experience with at least one App Store release you led





- Deep SwiftUI fluency + comfort with UIKit interop when its needed

- Solid opinions (loosely held) on architecture, MVVM, TCA, or Composable patterns

- Experience with Combine, async/await, structured concurrency

- Comfort with Instruments, performance profiling, and debugging real production crashes

- You actively use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT), and can explain when they help vs when they hurt

- Bonus: experience with App Clips, widgets, Apple Watch, or CoreData/SwiftData
