Role & responsibilities

- Plan and conduct swimming lessons for students across different age groups and skill levels.
- Teach swimming techniques, strokes, breathing methods, and water safety practices.
- Ensure the safety and supervision of students during all swimming activities.
- Assess students' swimming abilities and monitor their progress.
- Prepare students for inter-school competitions and swimming events.
- Maintain discipline and encourage sportsmanship among students.
- Inspect pool facilities and equipment regularly, reporting any safety concerns.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, health and safety regulations, and child safeguarding guidelines.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school management regarding student performance and development.
- Maintain attendance records and performance reports of students.
- Assist in organizing swimming competitions, sports events, and aquatic programs.
