Role: International Tech Sales / Technical Support

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Key Requirements

- Experience: 6 months – 1 year in BPO / Technical Support
- Technical Support Experience – Mandatory
- Sales, Upselling & Retention Experience – Mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills – B2H or above
- Robust troubleshooting and account resolution skills
- Experience in upselling & cross-selling
- SHL Score: 59+
- Typing Speed: 45 WPM
- Typing Accuracy: 90%
- Hiring boundary: Within 30 KM of Airoli
- Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts
- 2 rotational weekly offs

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary:



18,000 – 26,000
- Salary will depend on last drawn salary and relevant experience
- Travel Allowance: 3,500
- PBI: 2,750

Job Responsibilities

- Handle international customers through voice support
- Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues
- Resolve customer queries effectively
- Identify sales opportunities and drive upselling/cross-selling
- Handle customer retention and ensure customer satisfaction
- Recommend suitable products/services based on customer requirements
