Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site and construction surveys using Total Station, Auto Level and other surveying instruments.

- Carry out setting out for foundations, columns, walls, slabs and other structural works.

- Establish and verify benchmarks, reference points, levels and coordinates.

- Take accurate site measurements and maintain survey records.

- Check line, level, alignment and dimensions as per approved drawings.

- Prepare and verify as-built measurements and drawings.

- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Civil Engineers, Project Managers and contractors.

- Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report them.

- Maintain and operate surveying instruments, including Total Station, ensuring accuracy and proper calibration.





- Support quantity measurements and construction progress verification.

Required Experience & Skills

- 5+ years of experience as a Surveyor in residential/commercial construction projects.

- Robust hands-on experience in operating Total Station is mandatory.

- Experience with Auto Level, GPS/DGPS and other surveying equipment.

- Good knowledge of construction drawings, coordinates, levels and measurements.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying preferred.

- Good site coordination and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹9,166.80 - ₹36,374.65 per month
