Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement sustainable building strategies for MEP projects.

- Conduct energy, water, carbon, and environmental performance assessments.

- Perform energy modelling and recommend solutions to improve building efficiency.

- Coordinate with MEP, architects, and project teams to meet sustainability objectives.

- Support LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, EDGE, and other green building certification requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Energy Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.

- 5–10 years of experience in sustainability consulting, green building design, or MEP consultancy.

- Robust knowledge of energy efficiency, energy modelling, carbon reduction,



water efficiency, and green building practices.

- Experience with LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, EDGE or other sustainability certification frameworks.

- Proficiency in relevant energy modelling/simulation and sustainability assessment tools.

- Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building services and their impact on building energy performance.

- Strong analytical, coordination, communication and client-management skills.

- Candidates with relevant professional certifications in sustainability/green building will be preferred.
