Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct surveys using total station equipment to gather data on building construction sites.

- Prepare detailed reports of survey findings, including measurements and observations.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate project plans and timelines.

- Perform quality control checks on high rise buildings during various stages of construction.

- Provide technical support for quantity surveying tasks related to building projects.

- Mark exact boundaries, grid lines, and column spots for foundations and walls.Shift height markings to upper floors and check that high-rise walls and columns are perfectly straight (plumb) Take care of, check, and safely use advanced surveying machines every day.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of experience in the field of surveying or a related discipline (civil engineering).

- Proficiency in using total station equipment and software for data analysis.

- Robust understanding of building construction methods, materials science, and safety protocols.
