This position is designed to execute civil & structural activities related to civil dept of Colony of Hirakud P & S. Primarily to ensure:
- Plan, Develop, Implement and Monitor and maintain All R & M, Capex projects related to civil dept as per current business requirements.
- Uninterrupted and High Availability of operating floor repairing manpower, drinking water, ensuring no ingress of water from roof, drain to interrupt production.
- Assessment and treatment of risks associated with civil & structural jobs including preparation of HIRA & other EOHS documents as per site condition and its periodic review.
- To deliver as per departmental SLA.
- Reporting all near miss, PI, incident & accidents.
- Attain all Colony maintenance complain.
- Maintain Tree and landscaping of Colony area.
Key Result Areas EOHS Implementing all norms & standards, recommended steps of EOHS to achieve the target of zero’ harm with high priority
Sustainability Developing green belt, ensuring cleanliness of all drains to clear all the storm water safely without hampering normal production of plant.
CostPreparation of PR, SRR, Move orders
Cost Preparation of PR, SRR, Move orders housekeeping for roads, drains, collection of dustbin waste , Maintaining WASH score and standard as per HIL standard.
