Fairexpay is growing, and we’re looking for an Support Operations Associate to join our Bengaluru team!? Location: Bengaluru | On-site?
Experience: 6 months – 1 year (Freshers are welcome)
CTC: ₹3 LPA
What you’ll do:
- Handle end-to-end cross-border payment transactions
- Verify KYC, invoices & transaction documents
- Coordinate with banks, clients & partners
- Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA & LRS guidelines
- Maintain transaction records and operational MIS
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced fintech environment
- Candidates with experience/background in cross-border payments, forex, remittances or fintech operations will be preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field preferred.
