We are hiring candidates for a Customer Service / Banking Process role in Thane. This chance is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who have good English communication skills and are interested in building a career in the banking and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through the assigned banking process.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Follow defined process and service guidelines.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.
- Maintain appropriate records and process documentation.

Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.




- Candidates should have a professional approach and customer-service orientation.
- Candidates meeting the Versant 4 communication requirement are preferred.

Compensation
- NAPS: Approx. ₹21,000 in-hand, subject to applicable terms and deductions.
- Regular Role: ₹22,000 CTC / approx. ₹18,600 in-hand, subject to applicable deductions.

Working Details
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Location: Thane

Transport Facility
- Pick-up and drop facility is available from Thane Station.
- Transport support is available during the training period, subject to the applicable company route and schedule.
