Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer with 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure monitoring and support, with strong hands-on experience in SolarWinds deployment, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for deploying and managing SolarWinds monitoring solutions and supporting network and server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Deploy, configure, and administer SolarWinds monitoring tools.
- Install and configure SolarWinds Platform, NPM, SAM, and NTA.
- Onboard and configure network devices, servers, applications, and infrastructure components.
- Configure SNMP, WMI, polling, alerts, thresholds, dashboards, and reports.
- Monitor network, server, and application performance.
- Troubleshoot SolarWinds monitoring, polling, alerting, and performance issues.
- Perform SolarWinds upgrades, patches, backups, and health checks.
- Create and maintain monitoring templates, custom alerts, dashboards, and reports.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with Network, Server, Cloud, Security, and Application teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and SolarWinds deployment activities.

Required Skills





- 6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Technical Support / Monitoring.
- Strong hands-on experience with SolarWinds deployment and administration.
- Experience with SolarWinds NPM, SAM, NTA, or related modules.
- Strong knowledge of SNMP, WMI, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and ICMP.
- Good understanding of Windows and Linux server environments.
- Experience monitoring routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and applications.
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL, incident management, and problem management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Nice to Have

- SolarWinds certification.
- PowerShell or scripting experience.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and SolarWinds API integration.
- Experience with AWS/Azure monitoring.
- Experience integrating SolarWinds with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
