We are looking for an energetic and motivated Supply Manager (Hospitality) to support property acquisition, onboarding, and business growth operations across India. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying suitable holiday homes, resorts, and hotels, managing the onboarding process, and contributing to sales and revenue growth. Fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality, as well as candidates with prior experience in property onboarding, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential property owners through calls, online research, and networking.
- Identify and shortlist holiday homes, resorts, and hotels for onboarding opportunities.
- Coordinate property visits, owner interactions, and assist with basic negotiations.
- Support the contract execution process and ensure smooth onboarding of new properties.
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and Reservations teams to improve occupancy and pricing strategies.
- Assist in managing OTA listings, ensuring accurate content, availability, and pricing.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries and support booking conversions.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded property partners.

Requirements

- Education: Diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate candidates are eligible to apply.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in property onboarding is preferred.
- Prior experience in hospitality or property onboarding will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil, with professional proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel for property visits and business meetings.
- Interest in hospitality, sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Self-driven, positive, eager to learn, and adaptable.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
