Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain & Vendor Coordination Executive who can coordinate with vendors, monitor production orders, conduct factory visits, resolve order-related issues, and ensure timely delivery. The person will work closely with the Purchase, Sales, Design, Quality, and Logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with vendors regarding purchase orders, production schedules, quality requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Visit vendors’ factories to check production progress and verify order status.
- Ensure that production starts and is completed according to the agreed schedule.
- Identify and resolve production, quality, material, packaging, or delivery-related issues.
- Provide regular order-status updates to the Purchase and Sales teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product specifications,



artwork, samples, approvals, and dispatch requirements.
- Follow up with vendors for samples, raw materials, packaging, production, inspection, and dispatch.
- Develop new vendors based on product, quality, capacity, pricing, and delivery requirements.
- Negotiate basic commercial terms and timelines with vendors.
- Maintain vendor details, quotations, purchase orders, production reports, and delivery records.
- Escalate delays or major issues to management on time.
- Ensure orders are completed with the required quality and delivered within the committed timeline.
