Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain qualified to manage procurement coordination, vendor management, material planning, logistics, and supply chain activities for engineering and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate procurement and material requirements
- Identify, evaluate and coordinate with suppliers/vendors
- Obtain quotations and negotiate commercial terms
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders and procurement records
- Monitor material availability, delivery schedules and lead times
- Coordinate with project, engineering, finance and vendors
- Track dispatch, transportation and material delivery
- Maintain vendor and supply chain documentation
- Monitor inventory and material requirements
- Resolve supply, delivery and vendor-related issues
- Support cost optimisation and timely procurement
- Prepare regular procurement and supply chain reports

Requirements
- Graduate / B.Tech / MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement or relevant field




- 3–7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in engineering, EPC, manufacturing or project-based industries preferred
- Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes, logistics and inventory management
- Good communication, documentation and MS Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and project requirements simultaneously
