Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Supply Chain skilled to manage procurement coordination, vendor management, material planning, logistics, and supply chain activities for engineering and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate procurement and material requirements
- Identify, evaluate and coordinate with suppliers/vendors
- Obtain quotations and negotiate commercial terms
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders and procurement records
- Monitor material availability, delivery schedules and lead times
- Coordinate with project, engineering, finance and vendors
- Track dispatch, transportation and material delivery
- Maintain vendor and supply chain documentation
- Monitor inventory and material requirements
- Resolve supply, delivery and vendor-related issues




- Support cost optimization and timely procurement
- Prepare regular procurement and supply chain reports

Requirements
- Graduate / B.Tech / MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement or relevant field
- 3–7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in engineering, EPC, manufacturing or project-based industries preferred
- Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes, logistics and inventory management
- Good communication, documentation and MS Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and project requirements simultaneously
