We are urgently looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage and coordinate the company's purchasing and vendor development, and management departments.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth material flow, timely procurement, proper inventory control, and effective vendor coordination to support production and business operations.

He should be able to manage teams of more than 20 employees.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day activities of the stores, purchase, and vendor departments.

Plan and control inventory levels to ensure the availability of materials without overstocking.

Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and procurement priorities.

Handle purchase planning, vendor selection, quotation comparison, negotiation, and purchase order processing.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery, cost, and service.

Ensure timely receipt, storage, and issue of materials as per company procedures.

Maintain proper documentation related to purchase orders, goods receipts, stock records, vendor records, and inventory reports.





Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and audit requirements.

Prepare regular reports on inventory, purchases, vendor performance, and pending materials.

Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, material shortages, quality concerns, and supplier disputes.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of supply chain, stores, purchase, and vendor management.

Good negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple departments.

Knowledge of inventory control and material planning.

Positive documentation and reporting skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Experience with ERP or inventory management software will be preferred.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering in Electronics, Mechanical, and Instrumentation,

Relevant experience in stores, purchasing, vendor management, or supply chain operations.
