we are looking for a Supply Chain, Operations & Fulfilment Manager in liquor Industry

Experience: 5 + yrs

Salary: UP TO 60K

Location: Vasant Kunj, Delhi

Production & Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate manufacturers, co-packers, packaging vendors and other suppliers.
- Track production schedules and ensure products, labels, cartons and packaging material are available on time.
- Follow up proactively on delays, sampling, dispatches and production documentation.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

- Manage receipt of finished goods into the warehouse and maintain accurate SKU-wise inventory.
- Track batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates and stock rotation using FIFO / FEFO practices.
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment needs, damages, shortages and inventory reconciliation.

Order Fulfilment & Logistics

- Manage fulfilment for D2C, Amazon, other marketplaces, retailers, distributors and institutional orders.
- Ensure correct SKU, quantity, packaging, invoice and dispatch for every order.
- Coordinate courier companies, transporters and logistics partners; negotiate rates and track shipments.
- Manage delayed, damaged or lost shipments, returns and return-to-origin cases.





Operations Systems & Reporting

- Maintain easy dashboards for inventory, purchase orders, production schedules, dispatches, returns and logistics costs.
- Coordinate closely with sales, e-commerce, creative, finance, manufacturers, warehouses and retailers.

Ideal Candidate

- 3-6 years of experience in FMCG, food, beverages, D2C, e-commerce or consumer products.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
- Very organised, process-oriented and strong at vendor follow-up and problem solving.
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and inventory or ERP systems.
- Experience with Amazon fulfilment, quick commerce or distributor management is preferred.
