Job Summary

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Admin Manager to manage end-to-end supply chain operations along with day-to-day office administration. The role includes inventory management, PO/SO processing, quotations, Zoho entries, warehouse and dispatch coordination, vendor management, import coordination, petty cash handling and routine office administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement support, inward, warehousing, inventory control, dispatch and returns.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO) and Quotations.
- Maintain PO, SO, quotations, inventory and order-related transactions in Zoho.
- Monitor stock levels, reorder levels and safety stock; conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, vendors, warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Coordinate imports, freight forwarders, clearing agents and related documentation.
- Ensure timely dispatch and maintain accurate GRN, issue, bin and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters and warehouse partners.
- Prepare reports on stock position, ageing, shortages,



slow-moving stock and dispatch performance.
- Handle petty cash, office expenses, vendor bills and supporting documents.
- Manage routine office administration including stationery, courier, office maintenance and day-to-day requirements.
- Maintain proper supply chain and administrative documentation and records.

Candidate Requirements

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory, Warehouse, Stores or Administration.
- Hands-on experience in PO, SO and Quotation processing.
- Working knowledge of Zoho / Zoho Inventory / ERP systems.
- Experience in inventory control, stock reconciliation, warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Basic knowledge of petty cash and office administration.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong coordination, documentation and follow-up skills.
- Experience in the medical device / healthcare / surgical equipment industry will be preferred.
