- Lead end-to-end S&OP;, demand, supply and production planning.
- Manage inventory planning for RM, PM and finished goods.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Factory, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
- Optimize production capacity, warehouse operations and dispatch planning.
- Ensure supply chain readiness for recent product launches.
- Drive ERP utilization, dashboards, SOPs and process improvements.
- Improve forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory efficiency and customer service.
Pref Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of experience in FMCG/Food Supply Chain.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end planning/S&OP;.
- Engineering/Food Technology preferred; MBA in Operations/Supply Chain desirable.
- Strong ERP, Advanced Excel, analytics and planning skills.
- Strong leadership, communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
