Should have minimum 1-2 years’ experience from reputed Pharmaceutical R&D / Contract
Research Organization / Discovery Research Laboratories.
Should have adequate knowledge in Logistics (Imports / Exports) management
Should be well versed with DTA, EOU, GST & SEZ documentation & procedural
Accountable for Logistics & Compliance management to meet Business Requirements
Follow Logistics & compliance process well in line with the SOP’s
Coordination with stores, finance, SCM and CHA agents for ensuring timely receipts with proper documentation
Regular documentation and activities related to Daily activities.
Coordination with the statutory authorities for relevant Licenses/NOC/Returns &
Reports as per requirements
Timely and correct issuance of Annexures for Import shipments
Timely submission of MIS reports as per Functional requirements requirements
Should have experience in handling different Dangerous goods and Temperature control chemicals
Should be aware of Storage, Handling, loading and unloading practices related to
Chemicals and solvents
Understanding of ERP system, preferably SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Have positive Communication skills to communicate with relevant internal and external stakeholders especially Customs authorities and CHA agents/ Forwarders
