About the Role

We are looking for a cost-conscious, detail-oriented Dispatch & Logistics Executive to manage our outward shipping operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that every Pan-India shipment is packed efficiently, dispatched via the most cost-effective transport partner, and tracked seamlessly until final delivery.

Your primary objective is to aggressively optimize logistics expenses while maintaining high delivery reliability and securing Proof of Delivery (POD) documents on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Shipment Optimization & Documentation: Accurately calculate and record box dimensions, volumetric weight, and actual weight for every dispatch to prevent courier overcharging.
- Cost Reduction & Carrier Selection: Evaluate various courier partners, transporters, and freight forwarders across India to identify the cheapest, most reliable routes and transport options.
- Dispatch Execution: Coordinate daily dispatch schedules, generate e-way bills, shipping labels, and invoices, and hand over packages smoothly to logistics partners.
- Tracking & Proactive Follow-Up:



Monitor the live transit status of all Pan-India shipments daily to preempt delays or transit issues.
- POD Management: Coordinate closely with transport agencies and local teams to collect, verify, and archive Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to formally close and mark shipments as delivered.
- Vendor Management & Auditing: Maintain relationships with logistics vendors, negotiate spot rates, and cross-check freight bills against agreed contracts to plug revenue leakages.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs of dispatch volumes, transit times, and freight costs to present monthly cost-saving reports to management.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management (preferably with an E-commerce, manufacturing, or B2B distribution background).
- Geographical Knowledge: Sound understanding of Pan-India transport networks, courier hubs, surface/air freight, and regional logistics challenges.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
