The Supply Chain Back Office Specialist will support supply-chain planning and execution by ensuring accurate data management, timely purchase requisitions, and optimal stock levels.
Work Mode: 5 Days a Week WFO
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM
Interview Round- 3 (1st & 2nd Round- Virtual, 3rd Round- Face to Face Round)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate PO status and delivery schedules are recorded in ERP systems in coordination with purchase back-office teams.
- Maintain accurate master data related to storage capacity, constraints, SKUs, and consumption patterns.
- Analyze SKU-wise consumption trends and propose updates when required.
- Execute the S&OP; process to reach targeted inventory levels across plants and product groups.
- Create and transfer purchase requisitions to procurement based on Demand Planner instructions.
- Identify low, excess, or slow-moving stock and trigger corrective actions proactively.
- Take immediate action to prevent and resolve any stock-out situations.
- Create extraordinary purchase requisitions when required (MOQ constraints, special deals, imports, etc.).
- Act as a key coordination point between Sales, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams.
- Share stock performance KPIs and insights with stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning / Back Office / Inventory Management
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Solid analytical and data management skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP / Supply Chain Management Systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
