Must Have 4-6years of end-to-end SCM Handling Experience For Manufacturing Plant independently

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- MBA / PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, driving on-time customer delivery (OTIF), cost optimization, and continuous process improvements.
2. Collaborate with Customer Support to secure accurate forecasts and coordinate with the Central PPC team for periodic machine plans.
3. Release requirements for RM, PM, Liner, and MB (weekly/monthly/yearly), while closely monitoring machine utilization and Plan vs. Actual metrics.
4. Maintain strict accountability for Semi-Finished (SFG) and Finished Goods (FG) stocks, tracking daily production outputs and communicating any sales loss.
5. Manage the end-to-end order cycle by converting customer Purchase Orders (POs) into Sales Orders and proactively confirming delivery dates.
6. Generate and circulate key performance reports, including monthly actual sales files and Budget vs. Mibor vs. Forecast updates.
7. Oversee the proper storage and timely dispatch of marketing samples, while ensuring all documentation is audit-ready for internal and external checks.

Enforce strict Health and Safety practices across all warehouse and logistics zones, including clean room and CRC material handling.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA/PGDM in Operations or SCM is highly preferred).
2. 8 to 12 years of robust experience spanning Supply Chain, Production Planning, Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, and Logistics.
3. Proven track record in the manufacturing industry, preferably within medical devices, packaging, healthcare, automotive, or industrial manufacturing.
4. Hands-on expertise and certifications in SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and advanced Inventory Management techniques.
5. Demonstrated capability in driving continuous improvement methodologies, with Lean, Six Sigma, or specialized Supply Chain certifications acting as a solid advantage.
6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with proven success in setting KPIs, mentoring staff, and controlling labor costs.
7. Highly analytical problem-solver capable of managing complex logistics, reducing secondary freight expenditures, and handling critical external vendor coordination.
