Key Responsibilities

Material Review Board (MRB) Management

- Conduct daily MRB reviews and manage non-conforming materials.
- Monitor MRB inventory, aging, and disposition activities.
- Perform inventory control and Oracle ERP transactions related to MRB.
- Coordinate containment, sorting, rework, and disposition of rejected materials.
- Manage scrap processes and ensure timely closure of MRB cases.

Supplier Quality Management
- Raise, track, and resolve supplier quality issues through SSP SCM.
- Drive supplier corrective actions and update SIM2 records.
- Execute Supplier Assessment Management (SAM) audits and supplier process evaluations.
- Validate Approved Supplier List (ASL), including SAM, MPN, derogations, distributors, and Quality Discrepancies (Q-Disc).
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and process audits to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead re-PPAP activities for high-risk suppliers.

Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Review and approve PPAP documentation, including:

- Process Flow Diagram (PFD)
- Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
- Process Sign-Off (SOD)

- Part Submission Warrant (PSW)




- Ensure compliance with supplier quality standards and customer requirements.
- Support internal, customer, and finance audits by providing required quality documentation and records.

Returns & Logistics Management
- Manage Return to Vendor (RTV) activities, including:

- Return Material Authorization (RMA)

- Logistics coordination

- Customs documentation
- Coordinate supplier returns and ensure timely resolution of defective material.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare monthly MRB, IQC, and supplier quality reports.
- Analyze supplier quality trends and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive supplier quality improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve delivery performance.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Supplier Quality Management.
- Hands-on experience with MRB processes.
- Expertise in PPAP, PFMEA, PSW, and Supplier Audits.
- Experience with Oracle ERP or similar ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Supplier Corrective Action Processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
