We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Quality Management Specialist to join our team at Hitachi Energy India Limited. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in supplier quality management and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective supplier quality management strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize supplier relationships.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.





- Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier performance and quality.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality management or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong collaboration with stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
