What makes the role meaty?
- Manage vendor quality across multiple locations East and North region.
- Conduct QA audits at poultry and red meat (mutton) slaughterhouses and processing units across North& East region.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSAI
- Drive SOPs, documentation, and audit readiness
- Monitor product quality across end-to-end processing
- Handle vendor performance, CAPA, and improvements
- Lead and manage QA team of 10-15 members
- Share quality reports and work with cross-functional teams
We hope that you have
- Education: Food Tech / Food Science / Veterinary
- 6–8 years in QA / Vendor Quality (Food/Meat industry)
- Hands-on QA audit experience (mandatory)
- Experience in Team handling
- Solid knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSAI
