1.Technical review with supplier [Part manufacturing feasibility, Design activity with Engineering in part development]

1. e-APQP Completion using Supply On & Project management software
2. Handling change management projects routed via. eSICR / SCR
3. PPAP approval and Product release with Secure launch monitoring
4. Performing VDA Audit at supplier & Inhouse process
5. Handling Supplier claims reported at Customer ,inhouse and incoming of all plants
6. Ensure proper CAPA is taken and claims are closed properly with 8D report
7.



Support SQ Lead in achieving team KPI PPM, Supplier Impact Rate [SIR] ,No of complaints
8. Managing EL2 Escalation on supplier development activites
9. Supporting Plant SQE for resolving chronic issues with technical expertise
10. Leading Technology work shop & bench marking the process across suppliers including Horizontal deployment
11. Organize Supplier Management reviews and followup of open actions
12. Support Warranty team for claim closure related to supplier parts
