We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Supervisor - Operations to oversee day-to-day site operations and support smooth project execution. The role involves coordinating with project teams, vendors, contractors, and site workers to ensure work is completed as per timelines, quality standards, and approved design requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project plans.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Track project timelines, work progress, manpower deployment, and material availability.

Conduct regular site checks to ensure quality, safety, cleanliness, and execution standards.

Report site progress, delays, issues, and requirements to the Operations Manager or Project Lead.

Support material receiving, verification, and coordination at site.

Ensure contractors follow approved specifications, measurements, and finishing standards.

Maintain site documentation, daily reports, work updates, and basic project records.

Coordinate with the design and project teams for clarifications,



approvals, and execution updates.

Help resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Requirements

Diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in Civil, Interior, Construction Management, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in site supervision, operations, interiors, or construction projects.

Basic understanding of interior execution, materials, measurements, and site coordination.

Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage workers, contractors, vendors, and daily site activities.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
