MP Technical Solutions is looking for a responsible and motivated Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with workers and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily work activities.
- Allocate tasks and monitor workforce performance.
- Ensure work is completed according to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams.
- Monitor work progress and maintain daily reports.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Maintain workplace discipline and safety procedures.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Skills Required
- Positive communication and team-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of engineering/manufacturing processes.
