Job Summary

The B2C Mid-Mile Logistics Supervisor is responsible for supervising and managing hub-to-hub (line-haul) logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate movement of shipments from fulfillment centers to last-mile hubs. The role involves coordinating with transporters, monitoring mid-mile fleet and line-haul vehicles, ensuring SLA compliance, and resolving operational issues to support seamless last-mile delivery

Key Responsibilities

-Supervise mid-mile operations including hub-to-hub vehicle loading, dispatch, and unloading.

-Plan and monitor line-haul schedules, routes, and vehicle utilization to optimize transit time and cost.

-Ensure timely handover and receipt of shipments between origin and destination hubs.

-Track vehicle movements using GPS/transport software and address delays, diversions, or breakdowns.

-Verify shipment accuracy during handover (in-scan/out-scan, bag sealing,



documentation).

-Monitor and manage shipment exceptions (shortages, damages, misroutes, or delays).

-Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and statutory requirements (RTO, permits, etc.).

-Supervise and train staff involved in mid-mile and hub-to-hub processes.

-Support last-mile teams by ensuring accurate and timely feeder dispatches.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Bachelor’s degree in any field.

-Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C logistics / mid-mile or line-haul operations (supervisory experience preferred).

-Solid understanding of hub-to-hub operations, transport management, and SLA adherence.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
