We are hiring a Facility Supervisor to manage the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of campus facilities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical and general maintenance systems are functioning efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general facility maintenance and repair work
- Monitor electrical systems and coordinate routine servicing
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and proper functioning
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and external service providers
- Address maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution
Qualifications:
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or supervision
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance systems
- Positive communication and coordination skills
Location: St. Jude's Global School, Thalappady, Kottayam Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
